What are the criteria for a Covid-19 Booster Shot? (and am I eligible)
Obviously, having the best immunity to the Covid virus is beneficial. Right now, Covid Boosters are for adults. So, anyone over the age of 18 who has completed their two shots of Pfizer over six months ago will be able to access a booster dose.
Do I need a booster vaccine?
As with any vaccine, immunity can wane after a certain period. It’s advisable to have a booster because it helps you maintain immunity for longer.
How to book a booster jab in NZ?
Now, you can get booster doses at East Care – walk-in clinic or by appointment. In NZ, all booking are now made through the official booking system. Information about booking can be found here. Remember to bring your mask. It’s fine to get your jab with us even if you had it elsewhere last time.
How do I know when my booster is due?

Are Covid boosters free too?
